We do not collect or store payment card information — all payments occur through external, secure processors.

We use the information you provide solely to operate and improve The Boot World pilot, including:

• Manually matching Listers and Seekers within nearby areas.
• Communicating match confirmations and scheduling details.
• Sending follow-up messages for feedback and community trust ratings.
• Improving our matching process and preparing for app development.

Your data will never be sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

4. Data Sharing and Storage

All pilot data is securely stored within Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets, Gmail) under password-protected accounts managed by The Boot World.
Only authorized members of The Boot World’s pilot team and trusted development partner Appwapp have limited access for operational purposes.

We may share minimal, relevant information between matched users — such as first name, neighborhood, and contact details — only after both parties have agreed to the match.

5. Data Retention

Your data will be retained only for the duration of the pilot project and deleted or anonymized within 6 months of pilot completion, unless required by law or ongoing consent for participation is given.
